I wouldn't live here if I didn't need a 4 bedroom and fast. Within a week of living here, the bathtub started peeling up and they don't want to resurface because the other bathtub had a bath mat in it. They are ending up resurfacing it but not without stress and problems. The windows are so thin you can here people outside even if they are talking in "indoor" voices. I work nights and I can't sleep during the day. Parking stinks, people are constantly blocking me in and a few times parking in my assigned space. You can't get to the mailroom with your stroller because of all the stairs. You have really good neighbors and then you have the "ghetto" neighbors that are rude and inconsiderate and blast their car radios with all the bass shaking the apartments.

I know just what you mean. This place has turned into a major...GHETTO. The office told me at first, that they do background checks on everyone who applies for a place, "yeah-right!" That's why there's so much drug dealing going around, right? Apt ---. that person sells drugs to people she is only familiar with, which mostly are people from the complex. How do i know you ask? The dumb wench asked me once if I ever needed any party stuff, she can get it for me. Anything from coke to prescription drug meds. (I told her I don't even drink, she laughed and said I was no fun)Yet, her man is in desperate need of a -----------------, and he too drinks like a fish and indulges in what they sell. I had had enough! I left. My kids don't need to be around all that riff-raff.
