Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
There was a murder/suicide a few weeks back, and I was jealous that they had escaped this dump. The management staff is inept and takes forever to respond to anything. Parking is a nightmare if you have two adults with cars. Water bill will cost 900 a year. The maintenance staff is nice, but stuff is never working. Oh and tons of robberies. check out the crime stats online. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE IF YOU ARE A DECENT PERSON. There is a reason it'sa little cheaper. This place sucks.
