I Love This Place!!! I have been here going on two years and would not even think about going anywhere else. It was a little bit of a rocky start but then they changed management and the entire property turned around. The office staff has really got their act together. They are always polite and are always right on top of any concerns the residents have. These apartments are a bit old but the maintenance staff is always on top of things and are always finding ways to improve the property. The landscape here is beautiful and the two pools are always clean and delightful. If you are looking for a huge apartment for a great price with amazing staff to cater to your needs than The Oaks Of Marymont is where you wanna be.

The person who wrote this review must work here. This place sucks big time and I find it hard to believe that someone really likes it here. This place used to be nice several years ago, but it has since turned into a ghetto with renters throwing trash, beer cans, fast food bags and wrappers, drink cups, etc all over. The groundskeeper doesn't work on the weekend, so the trash piles up all over. I guess the new people who rent here moved from the slums or barrio or ghetto (whatever you want to call it) and are trying very, very hard to turn this place into a new slum. If you like a nice place to live with low crime rate, don't move here. There are car break-in's, prostitution, drug sellers and general low lifes living here now.
