man these apt. are incredible i love them from shannon to martin they know how to run a complex and i am proud to be a resident here i actually tell alot of my friends about the place i like it alot and it is a great place for children at a growing age it is a very well put together complex

This anonymous person who wrote this review gave 5 blocks to the grounds...The only part that is kept up is the very front. Go around to the rear or far sides of the property where it is trashy. They gave 5 blocks to safety. Tell that to all the people who have had their apartments or their cars broken into...or their vehicles stolen!!! They are renting to such trashy people. I know of 5 apartments where drugs are sold all day long...the manager may be nice, but she is totally ineffective. She will listen to you and say she is going to take care of something, but nothing is ever done. If that person feels safe waling out on the grounds after dark, more power to him or her, but with the gang members here, I certainly don't feel safe. Maybe it was the manager or one of her staff who wrote this review. All the neighbors I talk to do not feel safe, do not think the grounds are kept up and certainly do not think much of the office staff. People come into the complex at all hours of the night & early morning with their car stereos blaring out loud & their windows down, waking me up out of a sound sleep. Give me a break! This place sucks!! Quit writing reviews, Shannon, you know this place is terrible!

Lmao!!! I agree with Anonymous 7/16/09. The place is ridiculous and I would never wish my worst enemy to live in a place such as this. Shannon or her office pawns may very well be writing these positive reviews just to make themselves look good. But all I can say is this: PROSPECTIVE APARTMENT RENTERS, DONT TAKE OUR WORD FOR IT. WALK THE PROPERTY, SEE FOR YOURSELF, OBSERVE AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, TALK TO THOSE WITHIN THE COMMUNITY. The price may be great for the space but its not worth you or your family's safety.

Who wrote the above review? A friend of a leasing agent? To have a complete understanding of this place please visit and walk the entire complex during the day and at night. Many, many shady characters prowling around. People throw their trash all over the grounds. Management needs new leasing agents and the maintenance guys need to do their jobs and fix up these deteriorating buildings and grounds. This place is going downhill real fast.
