If you like being woken up in the middle of the night by noisy neighbors, this place is for you. Don't bother calling the front office because I'm pretty sure the manager, Joe is friends with all these fools. They couldn't care less that you're having problems with anyone. They seem to like to keep the people that annoy everyone. If your idea of fun is living in HELL, then this is the place for you.
