When I first moved in in 2001, the management was very good but then they kept changing and repairs were very slow or not done at all. The last 2 times I renewed my lease, I never received a copy of the signed lease, my carpet was never shampooed, & my blinds were not replaced. My alarm has not worked for the last year and I was told tht either I could have my alarm system and no telephone or vice versa. Now I have given notice to vacate and I will probably be penalized even though I have been there 3 1/2 yrs and carpet should be replaced after that amount of time. My deposit was higher than was noted and now I am moving out and the repairs were not done that the amount of the repairs will be taken from my deposit. I am wondering whether or not I want to pay the last months rent because they will probably try to pull some tricks on me.
