I will be turning in my application soon, and I am moving into these apartments. I travelled around town for 2 weeks looking for apartments. Oaks of Northgate won me over. I am happy with the way they look, and the location is great for me as well.

The way I look at it is like this: Every complex so far I have looked at inperson I have visited no this site. There are many bad reviews of all complexes. I even went to a few "upper class" apartments, and read the reviews here, adn they were bad.

I know I will be happy here. I don't need a pantry. I don't have a lot of Kitchen supplies so the space there will be for food and junk. I don't have a million items of clothing so the closet space is nice. I know these complexes are old, so I am expecting some things to be rusted, or old looking. I know I'm not looking at a luxury apt complex. I just wish I could come here one day and stop reading all these bad things from immature people.

I lived in Sierra Ridge apts before and had no problem there. Go read the reviews there.

Immature? I've lived here for 6 months and have had 3 leaks from the apt. above us. Our ceiling has horrible stain spots..not to mention holes in the ceiling from where the water was gathering. You can hear every step our upstairs neighbors take because the quality of the building is so crappy. Before you start judging people on their comments, how about wait until you've actually lived here.
