I lived here at Oaks of Northgate for 6 years, the new office staff hired after Raymond and Christina and Liz are horrible. The Manager has not "backbone" and lets his office staff run wild. They talk about the residents behind their backs with other residents, they are rude and obnoctious when you call for a problem and because the rent is so cheap for the medical center, it has become the Ghetto Center. Tenants are ghetto and drink and smoke outside, they maintenance men have loud teenage parties all hours of the night at his apartment and the office could care less. Whatever you do, think twice before living here, they will not let you out of year lease for even one day. I ended up paying a reletting to get out!!
