I have lived at the Oaks for 2 years and loved it up till this month. The only person that made me feel comfortable in the office was the old Assistant Dana. She made evryone feel welcome and went out of her way to help. The new assistant is very cold and rude and the leasing agent Gina Garcia is truly one of the most unhappy people I have met. Why would a company want to employ someone who makes you feel like you are bothering them everytime you come into the office with a work order or complaint. This office staff is very rude and unwilling to assist you in any problem you have. Do Not move here unless your car has a super alarm system, because your car WILL be vandalized if not stolen
