I often ask myself why I live at a property that's maintanance staff is always complaining about the office staff. I love these guys and they do an awesome job. I went into the office on several occasions and delt with Alice she is very nice but the others mainly Gina is rude all the time. I think I will be moving when my lease is up to a property who's office staff
is pleasant to deal with. I know we all have issues at one time but come on. Must Gina always be rude and degrading to the residents after all we are the reason she gets paid.

I am so glad you feel this way, I was a resident about a year and a half ago and had exactly the same issues but with Gina, Joe the useless manager and Dana who I understand no longer works there, its about time. This complex is so ghetto. And the office is useless and always has been. Trust I would never live here again. You wonder why they give move in discounts. Because they need tenants desperately.
