where to start..first of all the plumbing is horrible, i never used to have to use a plunger as often as i have lately..these complexes are too old and need serious renovations. Also, it is hard to get a good night sleep over here. At night, there are noisy young people coming from bars and in the morning there is so much noise i cannot get a good night sleep. In my opinion the grounds are filthy and not pretty.

were you in an upstairs or downstairs apt?? i had issues with loud college kids when i lived there too...but i think it was only bc i lived below them??!!
