The maintence staff are all brothers and they are so kind. As soon as you make a work order they are there immediatetly, in addition to that the maintence guys are always willing to lend a helping hand. One put my sons car seat in the car for me, they keep an eye on your home cause they all live in the complex, and they are friendly. (they will always say hi and achknowledge.
Yes, these apartments are old but you pay for what you get. The prices here are very reasonable, they also go off your income to get a lower rate.
Regarding the office staff: They come off very rude and they do seem bothered, but they get things done. I called to the office because my neighbors music was too loud and Gina Garcia personally went to their door to warn them and the other day she let me use the internet in the office. They may seem inconvienced by your requests but they get done.
Overall, this is a nice place to live. Ive been here for 5 years and have never had a break in to my apt or car or any vandalism of any sort. Occasionally you'll wake up to a drunken arguement outside but that can happen anywhere.
