so when i was moving out from this complex (Jan. 06)...i was bitter about this place. Now that i've experienced another place, I realize how good we had it there at Oaks of Northgate. I even left a review on here titled 'Ugh!'. Granted this place does have some problems...but nothing that EVERY other apt out there has. I am seriously considering moving back to Oaks of Northgate when our lease is up here. The only thing i can say is...if we do go back I will definitely make sure to choose an upstairs apt (you can hear absolutely EVERYTHING if you live below anyone). By choosing an upstairs apt. hopefully we'll also be avoiding the loud college students....(while we were there, we had the pleasure of living below guys who were always partying at all hours of the night).The maintenance crew is a big reason why i like this place...they were always very friendly and efficient when i had a problem in the apartment. And I never had any problems with the office staff...my only complaint was the noise from upstairs...and the construction of the building.

Well, i decided to rent here, it was either here or villas at oak creste which i didnt like. I did sense attitude with gina but it faded away after she realized we were interested in renting. So far, it seems quiet and i will be living on the 3rd floor so i dont have to worry too much about noise.

Yes, I sensed the same thing from Gina. She's kind of stoic, almost rude, but she gets the job done. My boyfriend and I are considering moving there, we have friends there, we've seen the apartments numerous times. Parking seems to be a little cramped at times, though. Other than that, it seems really great.
