Nice Maintenance Guys but very unsafe!

I lived there for a year and just moved - It was seriously the GHETTO. There were fights, passed out people outside (on more than one occasion). My dad wanted to buy me a gun when my downstairs drug dealer neighbor that openly dealt and did drugs CONSTANTLY pissed someone off and they were throwing rocks at my window at 3am! The office staff was nice but not smart. My AC was broken last July and it kept running and running but wouldn't cool I begged and begged and finally afetr three repairs they replaced my unit. So then my AC bill came for 230 dollars - I told them I wasn't gonna pay to sweat! They nicely agreed to pay the difference between my usual 70 dollar bill and the 230 dollar bill. Until I moved out - They noticed my lease total was so much and I only paid so much so they tried to take it out of my pet and other deposit. I had to find the emails I saved and resarch at my bank to prove that I paid every month on time AND they agreed to pay that difference....Months later I got MY money. SO crime, nice but stupid office staff (not Gina I think this was Melissa'' and Joe who made empty promises) and yes we all love Bruno =)

In response to your "Slanderous & Deplorable" statements about "Our awesome Community", "The Oaks of Northgate". First of all, where do you get off?
Our community is not & I am quoting you, "was seriously the GHETTO". Actually, the "Real Ghetto" is calling for you! :) Hurry right along!
My daughter & myself and our family dog have lived here for 5 years now & the Management and the Maintenance Crew "Total Rock"!! Joe the Property Manager is the best I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Joe is very professional, caring Manager and he takes excellent care of his residences, as well as Liz, the Assistant Manager.
As far as your A/C problems? I'll have you know that the entire staff will do what ever it takes to take care of any problem come rain or shine, holiday or weekend, nor have they ever or would they ever put a resident in any danger by not properly repairing A/C's, Ect... As far as "Your Begging"?? The maintenance crew will always step up to the plate and perform any needed repair day or night. "No Begging Required"!!
Our A/C stopped cooling last summer, the unit was repaired properly within an hour at most, no "Begging" was required!!
And as far as "Dealing Drugs"!!?? "Fighting on the property, passed~out people on the property??!! Please!! I have walked through our property all times of the day & late night as well as early, early morning walking our dog for 5 years & not ever one problem what so ever!! Silent as a church mouse always.
To be perfectly honest, I'm totally releaved that you are no longer on our beautiful property, this property deserves residences that are worthy and who appreciate calling this property "Our Home Sweet Home". :)
The entire Property Management staff is the best I have ever seen or will ever know. They all take 150% care of all residences here and will continue to do so.
Good luck with your "Anger Management" situation, get a real grip on things!
