I had lived here and they were the worst apartments i ever lived in. The actual apartment is falling apart. There are cracks everywhere. The walls are paperthin and i always seamed to see a roach crawling here and there. maintenance was decent. staff was rude.There was never parking. There were lots of parties and it was very unsafe. Believe me you can find way better apartments then thease. dont waste your time or money.

07/19/2008 In response to your posting, short sweet & to the point. 1. First of all, have you ever heard of "Spell Check"? 2. Your posing is Slanderous 3. Parties, roaches, rude staff, paper thin walls and parking? 4. Where do you get off? We have lived here for 6 years and have never experienced any of your allegations. Possibly you have confused yourself, living here at The Oaks of Northgate has been a true blessing. I would rate our property at 100%, good luck in your future living arrangements. well, I live here and don't think ur review is accurate. I know it depends on here u live and who ur neighbors are, but still, parties, rude staff?? OK, I have seen one cockroach, but that all, which is pretty good since Ive lived here for 2 years. Yes, I do agree the walls are paper thin, but I have yet to find an apartment that doesn't have thin walls.

I just moved back and I can tell you I have never lived anywhere with better maintenance.
