I lived here for 1 1/2 yrs, 1st a 6 month lease, then re-signed for a year. I had to call multiple times to get my garbage disposal fixed, there was food decaying in it, because it wouldn't run. It was inspected and determined to need replacement, and it took over 2 months after my initial call. When I went into the office to inform them I wouldn't be renewing my lease, they informed me that I didn't have a 12 month lease, but a 13 month lease. I later learned from other renters it is common practice for them to change the dates on leases for their benefit. I am in the military and on several occasions the legal office on base had to come out on behalf on the tenants. The main problem, though was that maintenance would take anywhere from 2-8 weeks for completion.
