I don't know what the previous managment was like but I have been dealing with Mario, Donna, and Trish. All of them have been extremely helpful and do their best to accomadate any questions or concerns you might have. The 13 month lease did take me by suprise, I was wondering about that little tid bit. Being in the Military I appreciate the comment that Legal will help if I need to leave at the 12 month mark. There is a lot of military here, elderly, and young couples. Yes, issues have come up with loud neighbors but in 9 months it's only come up a two or three times. Rent is reasonalbe and the apratment set up for a two bedroom is better then most. Mind you I have a houseful of stuff and have to store alot of it on the balcony. But it happens that way when you are in the military. We live close to the exit so parking isn't really an issue. Lots of spaces. Haven't had any problems with anything breaking or not working. And if something comes up the guys are usually here within a few hours or day. I did have ants in September, when I first got here, but haven't seen one yet. Also had to use a heater for the winter, have no idea if the heat works. Maybe that's why they have fireplaces. The area is not great but alot of new homes ranging in the 120, and 140s should improve the area. Coming from Chicago "ghetto" is a relative term here. Just be smart don't let you kids play outside alone and be aware of who your neighbors are. That's anywhere you live. The apartments are 650.00 and the office tries their best. One note if you do live in a corner apartment it can get chilly in the winter or by the parking lot expect to hear noise. Not everyone has a new car.
