Each building is made of the same apartment layout - so if you are in a one bedroom, so are all of your neighbors (ie. a young couple won't get stuck next to a large family with noisy kids). Many of the people living here are military since we're close to Lackland AFB. I wouldn't say its a "friendly" community because I don't know my neigbors' names, however I think everyone here is respectful. The staff and maintenance are very friendly, they know you by name and are always willing to help! The only reason I'm moving out is because I finally got a REAL JOB! Again, great place for a great price.
