What happened' From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/2/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007 1 response   The new management here has made the property go down quite a bit. Lawn care was not done for months, trash all over the property, laundry rooms are filthy. Office staff makes repeated mistakes on paperwork. Gates hardly work, bushes, trees overgrown or dead. Immature residents and their guests take over the grounds at night so that its not safe to walk after dark. Many many longtime residents have moved out. How sad. Management has not even introduced themselves to the residents. Im out as soon as my lease is up.
