I have had all of the same problems since new managements has taken over. I'm just waiting for my lease to be up as well so I can move. Too bad they won't let me out of my lease or I would have GLADLY left a long time ago. The staff is unprofessional and rude. They yell and talk over me so that I don't have a chance to speak. I have never in my life been treated so rudly. I have been there a number of years and constantly bragged about the complex and how great everyone was. The previous managers would walk the grounds, knew people by name and were ALWAYS friendly. Now everytime I call someone new is working there. They made the receptionist an assistant and she is clearly not qualified. How embarassing for her.

I agree with you on this and the previous one. Since the new management took over its gone down hill. I'm currently deployed and they won't let me get out of my lease. They said I should've done it before I left. I would have but like I said they've gone down hill now. Once I get back I'm OUT!

No complex can hold you in a lease when deployed. Even if you are deployed already. They have to release you or deal w/ the Government. Don't take that from this place. They dont deserve anything.
