We are moving in less than two months and I couldn't be happier. I have complained about neighbors who take their dogs on walks and don't clean up after them (after their #2s) and nothing has been done. Every time they say they're going to put up fliers and start fining them but I've yet to see any of that and this has been going on for months. People here don't know how to throw their trash in the dumpster, there is always trash spilled and flies everywhere because people drop their trash and are too lazy to pick up after themselves. This place is awful and I don't recommend that anyone move here unless it's your last resort and you have no where else to live, and in that case NEVER sign a year lease.

One more thing... I complained several months ago when I was working nights and the people would come to mow the lawn right by my window in the middle of my sleep schedule and the office took no responsibility and in no way tried to accomodate my needs and left things the way they were.
