I've lived here going on two years, in the beginning i never had any trouble. Now i can't wait to get out of here. Within the past few months there has been a lot of crime (mostly break-ins) in the apartment complex. I had my apartment broken into, then less then a week later someone attempted to break into my car. Two days after that the person that lives below me had his apartment broken into as well. Do yourself a favor and find a safer complex.

i got out, my new apt is 100 times better than the oaks. I had all the same problems at the oaks when i left in Aug. good luck

I live in this apartment complex for 4 months and everyone is right the management are very rude especially that girl Bonnie they need to replace her she is very very rude,she rented me the apartment with out them showed it to me, and also they have a lot of issue they said they are new management so they say and also the swiming pool has not be cleaned and it is very unhealthy and also the dogs are very bad problem they need to up grade the whole appartment complex believe every comment you see. they also have a lot of water roaches, this complex need to be inspected bad bad.

well i had my apt broken into again about a month ago. tried to post reward posters but mgmt/maint. kept tearing them down. they dont want ppl to know whats going on in the complex. had to change my bank acct due to the break in, consequently my rent check bounced. the office was very rude and very unhelpful when i went in to discuss the matter with them. bonnie and evelyn are biotches, if you dont believe me, just wait and see. they're only nice till they get you into an apt.
