Parking is terrible. When I suggested tear down a "reserved" parking canopy that nobody uses and call it a "visitors" parking area they laughed at me. Don't think about parking there if you don't rent it, but parking in the handicap and loading areas is acceptable. Management is a bunch of "I'm sorry we will look into it" people with no results. Must not be looking very hard.

People don't pick up after their pets. There are supposed to be breed restrictions but big dogs are abundant. Watch your steps if not on a sidewalk or street.

It will only get worse when the new commerical complex next door is complete. Because current tentants are occupying units that can be rented to the people who will be working in the new business park.
