Whatever happened to the customer/consumer is always right'
The previous staff were much more polite, reassuring and actually got things done.
------- was very diplomatic and courteous to residents.
The current staff is lazy. Manager is a retard and super rude. She is in her -------- I am guessing, you should be a regional by now shouldn't you' Perhaps it is the terrible job you are doing as a Manager that has yet to get you promoted, eh'
Grounds are bad, grass is dead, trash is over flowing dumpster's, lights are out, the swimming pool is sickening. Too many thefts. Too much of a headache.
I cannot wait until my lease is up.
