I have been here since May 2007. I originally lived in a one bedroom and relocated to a two bedroom. In doing that, I had to pay for the old carpet that they said was destroyed. ( I live alone and I'm a neat freak, the carpet was in perfect condition) Then I moved into the 2 bedroom with carpet that had stains all over and nasty. I have a son who I would like to let play on the floor but it's so nasty that I can't. How could you make me pay for carpet that was in very conditon to move to this gross carpet' I hear my neighbors fighting constantly so the walls so very thin. I take my dog for a walk in the evenings and he has gotten attacked by another dog twice. When signing a new lease, they put our name in a drawing for 6 months free rent....what a scam that was. Everyone waited anxiously at the Christmas party because the invitation said must be present to when. But when they drew the name, the apartment called was an empty apartment. That was so wrong! I can't wait to move out next month. I would never recommend this place to anyone!!!

I feel for you! Our carpet had some spots on it but that is normal wear and tear! They sent us to the creditors! THis happened 4 months after we had already moved out! They are just trying to scam everyone they can because they are not renting out apartments! Now they just sent us a new bill because the carpet was more expensive than the previous bill! Terrible Management!!!!
