DONT DO IT!!!!! From: KimberlyVargas_89@yahoo.com Date posted: 5/23/2007 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006   these apt"s stink!!! please do not move in here!! They are so ugly and unsafe!! The managers their are so rude!! The managers have stolen money from tenants, and they even "misplace" your rent!! The maintnance men are lazy, and very raunchy. I know that one maintnance man even tried selling weed to my little brother!! They dont care at all!! It took them 4 months to fix a sink!! 1 sink and thats it!!! The managers sleep with every guy they can. They dont get anything done. Their are pot holes everywhere. The piace of dirt they call a "park" is always dirty. There are no benches or anything to sit @ to have a picnic. When they said that the were gonna fix up a playground all they did was get a slide and tied it to a tree with some old wire!! PLEASE DONT DO IT!!! they never do anything they promise. oh yeah and when you move out even though your apt is clean they dont give you your deposit back they put it in the computer that they do but they kepp it for themselves. Oh and there's this crazy lady that goes bathroom outside and screams at every little kid that passes by. PLEASE YOU WILL REGRET THIS!!
