I have enjoyed this web site for a while now because I thought it was a joke, but after living in this place I understand it's not funny. I also thought it was mostly bad people just lying about their experience, but I am an honest person; I have never had any complaints against me here or anywhere else I've lived. When you see this property it is pretty. But when you move in things change completely. The grounds look good when the employees are around but the kind of people living here wreck it on the weekends etc. so bad its embarassing to have guests over. I had a bad leak in my apartment from a neighbor and it took maintenance over an hour to respond. The lighting on property is nonexistant any one could get mugged (which has happened) or worse. There are drug dealers and all kinds of people that are trashy. The "courtesy officer" described at move in is obviously fictitious - my car and lots around me have been broken into regularly. The office staff seemed freindly and respectful, but the manager hung up on me. She is new and although I think this place didn't have one for a while she is no better. At first many of us thought she was great she fixed the gate that was broke for like 6 months but I have seen her chase people in the parking lot and gererally act a fool. She seems two faced and is unfreindly. Maintenance is always changing so is office staff it seems- I think there has been over 7 different people working in the office since I moved in and who knows how many more to come' Over all this is the worst place I have ever lived. Too expensive for the ghetto place it is. I can;t wait till my lease is up.
