This place was the absolute worst place I have ever lived. The manager (Melanie)was rude and abrasive,& never fixed our problems. The AC went out a total of 3 times in one year. At one point the inside temp of my apartment was 92 degrees! I called again (this was the 3rd day without air) and they told me it would be another 2 days. I demanded they send someone as I have medical problems. Finally that day MY DOCTOR HAD TO CALL AND THREATEN TO CALL THE HEALTH BOARD!! Finally about 9 pm that night they came to fix the air.
Our car was broken into, our apartment door was egged, for no reason, as we never even talked to anyone there. And then they tried to charge me because our neighbors noticed it before we did and called the office. I was rudely awoken at 5 am by a maintainence man banging my door down to tell me to clean the "*&^%" door.
Not to mention the numerous amount of turnover in the office, I never knew who to give my rent to !!
This place is soooooooo overrated. I hope they go out of business.
