I lived here for 6 years, and unfortunately had to deal with Melanie, she is a ruthless inflexible "lady" my excuses to the real ladies out there. After all those years, she refused to give me my deposit, claiming carpet wear, hello I was there for 6 years and the carpet was a joke. Ms. Melanie is a piece of work, watch out for her and her crownies. Apartments are incredibly small, the rent is overpriced, and yes the sorroundings are beautiful but that is about it, you have to put up with soldiers having parties at the pool and carousing around with nearly naked females (soldiers too), definitely not a family atmosphere. a two bedroom two bath runs for about $750.00, you can rent a house with that with double the space. If you are single, roudy, spends hardly anytime at home and like to live in a shoe box, yes then do move here!!!!
