I moved into Crystal Springs in Aug. 2006. The first couple of months went by fine, but by October, things were very different. Unruly people started moving in and every weekend brought loud music from their balconies. I complained (and I'm sure others did too) but management did nothing. Someone broke into my truck twice and made off with my expensive work equipment. I, again, complained to management about their lack of security and they pretty much said, "Tough luck, call the cops." On another instance, my refrigerator stopped running. Because it was a weekend, I had to call the maintenance guy on his pager and wait a response. It took almost 24 hours to get a call and by then, I had to throw out some of the food. Anyway, by the second car break in, I told management I was leaving. I cleaned my apartment and moved. To add insult to injury, they mailed me cleaning charges even after I left my apartment spotless. I'm furious with this people. PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE. This place is a death trap and regret deeply ever moving here.
