Wasn't that bad From: zukeeper Date posted: 1/11/2008 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   i lived here in a small apt from summer of 05 to May 06. it's true the maintenance wasn't top notch, but i found the ladies in the front office very reasonable. it's also true that some cars were broken into during that time, but that was hardly management's fault: it happens anywhere. the grounds are very nice and well-kept. there were times when a few of the other tenants were a bit inconsiderate with their boom boxes, but generally you ought to expect to get what you pay for any place, and the rent there was pretty low so you shouldn't expect a real high-class environment. when i left i cleaned the apartment well, and got all but a couple of bucks of my deposit back, promptly. so all in all remember that you are hearing mostly on this website from people who perceive that they were mistreated, not mostly from the folks who were satisfied. i would recommend the place to anyone with the reminder that you usually get what you pay for, and it was adequate - not fancy. don olandese vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
