I moved in Feb 2009. The apt is under new management. I've only had a couple of issues but maintenance was quick to repair. The grounds are always kept clean. Management is friendly. However, the walls are super thin. You can hear the neighboors above and beside you. You can hear a conversation if they are talking loud and you can hear the foot steps above you. I can actually smell when my neighboor is smoking. I hear his smokers cough every morning. I even heard them say "we're out of toilte paper again!" How funny is that. Oh, if you have washer/dryer connections. Beware, the dryer connections are not standard. The office mgmt recommends you use duct tape to connect to the existing hose. Your dryer will not work properly. I've looked for an adaptor at Home Depot with no luck. My stay is temporary til I purchase my home. So, if it's temporary great otherwise you'll just have to tolerate the thin walls.
