The unfortunate truth is this complex used to be a nice place to live. New management took control around the first of the year / end of last year and the place has gone to hell. Where to start' The entrance gate has not worked in many months. People come and go as they please with no notice or proof that they are residents. More crime is enevitable. These same strangers use the swimming area whenever they choose, trash the place, then slide back under whatever rock they crawled out from. The fountians that are across the compound used to be crystal blue and well maintained, now they are full baby diaper green, the smell and the moquitos are unbearable. And with the heat' Smells like a baked full baby diaper. The pool fares little better in being cared for. Matienence thinks that if you dump a glass of bleach into the water, that consists of pool care. And god forbid something in your apartment does not work, fix it yourself or be ready to wait for weeks or months for anyone to just show up, and don't you count on whoever shows having the knowledge to fix the problem anyway. It is like new management hires friends, not qualified personal. A few final warnings, they now rent apartments to construction crews, five or six drunken yahoos in a single unit, you do the math, the police might as well set up a guard tower here because management could give two ...
Also watch out where you step, before the rules for pets were clear and well enforced, now there are little doggie bombs all over the complex, they sit there for weeks, the only reason that it gets cleaned up outside my staircase is because I do it! The last thing I can think of the trash, the company sucks, garbage piles up and overflows. Sits for days, when pick-up finally does happen anything spilled out onto the ground stays on the ground. Unless again cleaned by me. I can never in good conciense recommend this hole. Bypass at great speed. If I can think of other things, I will post again.
