I would not recommend these apartments to anyone unless they're use to substandard living conditions. The staff will make you think that everything is O.K. and they're on top of it but that usually isn't the case. I had to live without A.C. for 10 days because of roof work that's being done. Replacement of ancient faulty appliances sometimes took 2-3 months to be replaced. Once charged $25 for broken blinds that weren't broken. Apt manager, from outside, thought that they were broken without even checking. Staff never apologized for problems that I had. I also went without A.C. again for 4 days during 90 degree weather because maintenance was to lazy to fix in a reasonable amount of time. Maintenance personnel enjoy to party outside at night and disrupt sleep at 2 and 3 a.m.
