The ownership recently changed, and the management seems to have trouble keeping up with our lease agreement. Furthermore, it doesn't matter how many maintinance requests we put in, nothing gets done! I've only ever seen one man, who doesn't appear to be qualified...he tinkers with things, but they don't get fixed. For example, there was a dead bat that stayed on the sidewalk from the time it died until it was completely decomposed! Nasty!

There is also a drug dealer that lives below me who has visitors (who insist on driving the wrong direction in the parking lot) at all hours of the night. Not to mention, a pervasive smell of smoke and something else...that, despite numerous air fresheners, lingers.

The complex is right next door to a U-Haul, so don't move here unless you like loud, disturbing booms and intercom calls throughout the morning and afternoon.

The price is nice, but there are better apartments just down the road (Contour Place) that I've heard are much better (especially if you are a Trinity student).
