I lived here for about a year. It was fine at first, but after a while the area didn't seem very safe. The maintenence man was really nice and quickly fixed any problems. However my car was broken into twice and all of my precious and irreplacable valuables were stolen when my apartment was broken into. The manager did not want to inform any other tenants about the break in because she didn't want anyone to get scared off. But very little was done to help the situation. overall i would not recommend it.
