I am very disappointed with the management. I had signed a one year lease and still the water flow and the water temperature to the apartment i live in is still in the same condition as when I first moved in. I called maintenance many times, but nothing yet resolved. If its not one thing its another. Maintenance will get to your work order if lucky in about 1-2 weeks. Does not matter what the problem is. I do not recommend these apartments to anyone who likes to take a shower. One more thing, if your late one day on your rent your charged $85.00, and $10 thereafter, but yet they cannot come out to fix one thing.
