I have been in the complex for 2 years, I am the end of my lease (yes, I did pay my rent and did complete my lease agreement). The complex was okay for the price when I moved in BUT has gone downhill. Example: There is a person who lives in the complex who spends most of his time on the corner of San Pedro and Basse with a sign that reads "homeless - please help". He is not homeless and he also pan-handles people in the complex. This has been reported to the property manager - but that is a waste of time. Take a drive around the complex and make your own decision if you want to live here or not. My suggestion is "DONT"....... Also, if you have a vehicle make sure you have insurance, there has been problems with cars being stolen and/or vandalized and NOTHING has been done!

omg wow theres alot of bad reports about these apartments.. My boyfriend and i are actually going to go take a look today, we like it for the price, but now im not too sure, how long along where you living here
