The townhomes/apartments are spacious and nice inside, but the area is a hot ghetto mess. Work orders take forever to get addressed, if they get addressed; the staff try to seem courteous, but talks about their tenants to other tenants; garbage is everywhere, because the garbage bins are too damn small for all these units, but there is enough room to put at least 2 bins in its' designated area. There is a bullshitting ass curfew here, saying what time you need to be inside your damn home; children and teenagers roam the premises like they have bumpers on their tails...now that's who the curfew should be for; the mail center have personal barbage in it's bin like it's someone's ------- house. I am definitely moving when my lease is up. Seems nice at first, but you will see once you been here for just a few weeks...
