OUTSPAN TOWNHOUSES ARE VERY NICE, AND QUIT. I AM A RESIDENT HERE AND WHY PEOPLE CALL IT GHETTO IS BECAUSE THERE ARE MAINLY AFRICAIN AMERCAINS THAT LIVE HERE. AND THATS NOT FAIR. ITS NOT WHERE YOU LIVE BUT ITS HOW YOU LIVE. THERE IS A BIG PROBLEM WITH TRASH, AND THIINGS GETTING FIXED, IN A TIMLY MATTER. IF THIS PEOPLE WOULD PAY THERE RENT WE COULD GET BIGGER TRASH CANS TO HOLD AS THIS TRASH. AND GET THINGS FIXED. THERE IS NO PERFECT PLACE.
