good layouts but.... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/9/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I love the floorplan of my apartment and its good rent for the area but the staff is horrible.. The section eight apartment behind us have broken into numerous cars including mine. My roomate happened to be up and went outside to see to young boys jumping the fence and simply walking away.Even after that we decided to get a bigger apartment in the second half of the complex that has ants and a leak in the roof that they came and painted over so when it rained again leaked on our tv. After that happened i did go to the office and tried to explain the situation when no appologies were offered a work report was demanded. When she shoved a work report in my face i did get a little testy and made sure they knew i would not be signing another lease. I love the floor plans but the rudeness of the staff and the safety of the apartments isnt worth the price.
