THANK GOD I AM OUT OF THERE! Cigarette smoke comes through my vents from the smoker upstairs, I can hear every footstep, which wakes us up. Maintenance is awful and this new remodeling is taking too long. They stopped watering as much, so the grass is turning brown everywhere (I guess trying to save on their water bill'). I was embarasssed to invite any new friends over because the place looks like a wreck. I am paying too much to have so many problems. on top of it all, the new manger is rude. She apparently needs a lesson on how to speak to a resident that is complaining in a nice way. I know that a lot of other residents are complaing, so maybe she is on the defense. I can see why. Too bad this complex somewhat recently got sold to a company that doesn't know how to higher competant employees. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
