aprtments suck like there maintenace and managment crew its good if you have a bullet proof vest to check your mail or you dont have a car they can brake into also it will be a perfect place if you smoke crack or shoot herion ther been a male masterbateing in the play ground think about your worst bad dream and still wont come close to being at the pan americans
