Not worth the money

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
I have lived at Park Greene Townhomes now for about a year. I am stuck in a lease and in the process of buying a home. These townhomes seem to be in good shape from a first glance, and the owners and managment will tell you so as well. Problems we have had sense living at the townhomes have included: Bad wiring, Rats, anits, bugs, no water for long periods of time, pour heating ducts, little to no response by current managment, and maintanace staff. Over all I would not recomend these townhomes to anyone.
