Park Greene Townhomes

This Place SUCKS From: KEITHISBAD@YAHOO.COM Date posted: 10/25/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   The first review must have been written by a member of the park greene staff. The energy bills are outragious in the summer our bill was as high as 330.00. Maintenance sucks when they finally show up. Some of the many problems we've had include: broken air cond. 3 times, water off 2X for repairs, electrical problems, plumming problems, light fixtures falling from ceiling, bugs, moved into dirty unit (pubic hair in tub), and my appliance are from 1984. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. They should be renamed Park Greene TownHOLES!! Oh and if you don't like trains and planes you won't want to move here
