Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
I lived there for one year and I have encounterd a lot of problems living there.
First of all, always had leaky old faucets. Always had problems with the toilets not functioning at all times.
Secondly, had several bikers living there and constantly at all times of the night driving thru there really loudly and revving up their engines all times of the night, when you have children that are trying to sleep, that is not something that you want your children to be awakened by.
They have access gate cards and one of the gates to get in and out of the complex did not work for over 2 months, so you had to drive out of your way to go the opposite direction taking you about two minutes to get out.
