Our building is very quiet, but I think it depends on which building you are in. There is an area closer to the RR tracks, an area closer to the gas station, and an area closer to the golf course. Definitely know what area you are going to be living in and what the surrounding residents are like and if they have large dogs. From our side of the complex (building 9-12) you don't hear the trains or the planes--unless you try to. And this area backs right up to the 18th green of the golf course.

Electricity goes out quite often (once a month). Recently some work was done on the electricity, but we've still had electricity go out. Electric bills are expensive ($200 in summer) due to the 2-story layout. I'm sure this also depends on your location (which way your windows are facing when the sun is coming up or down).

Office staff is OK. Maintenance is probably the best thing they have going--they usually fix things within 24 hours.

The buildings are old, don't expect crown molding or a garden tub. Expect paint over layer of paint and laminate counter tops and wood cabinets.

Its probably not worth the money. We pay $806 for 1 BR w/ loft and 1.5 baths. But when we first moved in our rent was only $739 due to a special. But after the first year, it went up.

Good location. Its pretty much right in the middle of 35, 410, 1604, and 281. So its easy to get to any of those major highways without being too close to any of them.

Plenty of kids in the complex..maybe too many.

Parking is assigned. Which is great most of the time, but occasionally someone will park in your spot.
