I hate this place. I moved in and everything stopped working. When I first moved in, there was a 1980's microwave still in our unit. I actually had to ask them twice to replace it. It takes forever for maintenance to come out and fix anything and when they do they do it half way and have to come back later. My AC broke three times this summer and our garbage disposal is still broke. And depending on which unit you get, if you have a queen size bed, be prepared to cut your box spring in half in order to get it upstairs. Then there is the noise. If you live near any of the gates, you here them opening and closing all night and the train going by. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I have to admit, the train does get a little noisy but that is just a fact of life. As far as maintenance issues go...we had no problems with the maintenance team as long as you are polite and remeber that it is not their property and they are not the bad guys. Both of our toilets were old and needed replacing and it happened immediatley with no hassles...we didn't ask, they just did it because they caught it. If you have trouble moving furniture in, that is because of poor planning...you could have taken measurements before signing the lease.
