i came here 2 years ago and am moving out now due to a condo purchase on the north side. i have to say i had some pros and cons while living there. the community as a whole i liked. the management (though a bit slow at times) was generally very friendly, the maintenance was well trained and my unit had lots of space for what i paid in rent. the cons: the parking area was a bit torn up and sometimes the golf course behind us would have a sprinkler problem and had a section of the course's grass die so it looked pretty bad until they replaced it. but it was still nice being in that kind of quiet area. all and all. i'd say A to an A- good place with lots of plusses
