My experience with Park Greene has been a negative one. As a military customer, frequent movement on short notice is required. Park Greene chooses not to honor their Military Agreements at their own leisure; their inability to follow their own paperwork resulted in me paying around $2,500 out of pocket expenses. They are unwilling to work with their tenants; for example, when my wife was around six weeks pregnant she became unable to move up and down the stairs safely in our two-story townhouse. We asked to be moved and the only thing that they could come up with was a two-story, one bedroom loft and were going to charge us the same amount of rent as a 910sq. foot two bedroom townhome. When it came time for me to PCS they made me pay two months rent, not a pro-rated amount as per the military clause in the contract. Due to the short notice I didn't have time to fight it. I would highly recommend shopping around and only signing with Park Greene as a last resort. You can find a comparable house with better amenities and locations for less than what you will pay in rent. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
